我倆約了朋友A晚上到天后食飯，那天下午，恰巧我去AAA (Asia Art Archive 亞洲藝術文獻庫)圗書館 （AAA都剛翻新了，不再是老舊的圖書館喇），飛天豬在（一如以往地）水坑口街寫生。我到達的時候，她已經擺好了小椅子，手持啡色的原子筆在勾畫頭幾筆，我知道她畫畫已經很快的了，所以也大概知道她要畫多久，寒喧兩句後我便快快上AAA查看資料，那時候我是在做香港的媒體藝術歷史的研究，上去也是查一下某年大會堂的一個早期媒體藝術裝置。

我很肯定，勤力電路＃1 是源於我對現今媒體藝術極度封建、光鮮為大，那種「說了算」的態度令人火大，黑盒裡他們做什麼都可以，就是不讓你看見真理。我費解，決意創建一個較坦白的真理。 但那只是我假想的敵人，我並沒有真的要宣戰，我只覺得我有向山谷咆哮的必要，而且不能光說，要身體力行帶著大聲公走到山谷附近，向谷底投下一顆小石。現在看起來真的是一個俗套的里程碑。但無論如何那是我著手認真看待冷冰冰的電路中的獨特生命力。
